OUR COACHES

MAAC Coaches

We believe that the true measure of a coach lies in each coach’s ability to teach and listen to their athletes. Every coaching staff member has a passion for teaching and working with young people.

Personal accountability, perseverance, integrity, resourcefulness, and in-the-moment focus are concepts that we instill in our athletes and are woven into the fabric of our coaching philosophy. These values will be reinforced in every training session.

We believe that coaches and swimmers must develop a positive relationship built on trust and positive reinforcement. Every swimmer is important and is deserving of our coaches' undivided attention.

Our coaches are committed to each individual’s success, regardless of current ability level. We believe in working with parents to ensure that we provide the best possible instruction and will endeavor to keep an open line of communication between the coaching staff and our team's families.
