The MAACx environment blends camaraderie with physical conditioning, providing a supportive community where members can push their personal limits, refine their technique, and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.
Our training focus is on conditioning, stroke mechanics, and aerobic endurance. Workouts are scalable to accommodate varying fitness levels, ensuring that everyone from casual fitness swimmers to former collegiate athletes finds the appropriate level of challenge.
