AAG
Advanced Age Group
Our AAG practice group is for experienced swimmers who love the sport. Most of our AAG swimmers can see themselves swimming in high school and/or college and beyond. Our Coaches create a challenging and fun environment where swimmers are prepared for the MRC group and are challenged by faster intervals and more yardage.
Our training focus moves towards more advanced and technical stroke instruction, focusing on pacing, race strategies and overall season plans. Dryland in AAG becomes more focused and advanced, with strength training and movement focus that allows the swimmer to grow outside of the pool.
AAG swimmers are required to compete in swim meets, local and travel meets, when available.
